How to order on Skincare?

There are two main ways to order:

1. Just make an online purchase on our website : we aim to make the purchase process as smooth as possible so ordering on the website is extremely easy!

2. You can also make an order via phone: just call our Customer Service at 1639 and our staff will place the order for you! Our Customer Service operates from 8 AM to 9 PM from Monday to Friday, and from 9 AM to 6 PM on Saturday and Sunday

What forms of payment do you accept?

We offer a number of payment methods on Skincare (all items except Sretsis) :

1. Cash on Delivery

3. Debit card (Before shopping on Fashionize, please make sure you have opened your online banking service with your bank)

4. Wallet credits: if you have already purchased from Skincare in the past and you have some wallet credits in your account, you can use these to pay for your next purchase!
